Terms of Service

Terms for using the SaaS Factory private beta.

Beta notice: these terms describe the current evaluation service. Operator identity, governing law, commercial terms, and jurisdiction-specific provisions must be finalized before a broader paid launch. This text is not legal advice.

Agreement

By creating an account or using SaaS Factory, you agree to these terms and the published privacy policy. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

Private beta

SaaS Factory is currently an evolving beta. Features may change, generated products may require further review before production use, and availability is not guaranteed. Beta access does not promise a service level, permanent hosting address, or continued access to any experimental feature.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, controlling active sessions, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. Do not share or transfer access in a way that defeats security or product limits.

Generated products and AI output

You are responsible for reviewing generated product copy, workflows, data models, and AI-assisted changes before relying on them with real customers. Generated output can be incomplete or inaccurate. SaaS Factory keeps external actions such as payments, domain purchases, and production launch behind explicit owner decisions where those capabilities are available.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt systems, bypass access controls, abuse third-party providers, send unsolicited communications, or process content you are not authorized to use.

Your content

You retain ownership of content and instructions you provide. You grant the operator the limited rights needed to store, transmit, transform, back up, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions.

Sharing generated products

Generated products are private until the owner chooses to share them. When you share a product, you are responsible for the content you make available and for deciding whether the generated experience is appropriate for your intended customers.

Billing

The current private beta may expose previews of pricing or payment workflows without activating real collection. If paid service is enabled later, prices, taxes, renewal intervals, cancellation behavior, and refund terms must be presented before purchase and the applicable payment-provider terms will also apply.

Availability and changes

The service may evolve, add or remove features, enforce reasonable limits, or experience downtime. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or behavior that threatens the service or other users.

Warranty and liability

The beta is provided for evaluation on an as-available basis. Appropriate warranties, liability limits, indemnities, and dispute procedures must be finalized for the operator and applicable law before a broader commercial launch.

Ending use

You may stop using the service and request account deletion through the available account controls. Some records may remain where required for security, legal, or provider obligations as described in the privacy policy.
